Advertising Rules
All advertisements on KingOfWebs must comply with these rules. Violations may result in removal, account suspension, or forfeiture of throne visibility without refund.
Prohibited Content
- Malware, viruses, or software that harms users or devices
- Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation of trusted brands
- Fraudulent offers, fake giveaways, or deceptive financial schemes
- Misleading claims about products, pricing, or endorsements
- Illegal products, services, or activities in applicable jurisdictions
- Adult content without appropriate restrictions and compliance
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Brand & Link Requirements
Advertisements must accurately represent the linked brand. Destination URLs must match the advertised business. Logos and descriptions must not infringe third-party rights.
Review Process
Advertisements may be reviewed before or after going live. Users can report suspicious ads. KingOfWebs reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.
Enforcement
Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent bans. Throne fees are for advertising visibility — removal for policy violations does not guarantee refunds.
